Warehouse controller - Kempton Park (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Provide a safe environment, adhering to health and safety rules.
- Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipts, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Order loading, goods in ,goods out of operation to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
- Manage stock and cycle counts.
- Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company requirements.
- Work standard (SOP) up to date.
- Ensure that internal delivery process are adhered to, to ensure support to dispatch and warehouse.
- Ensure housekeeping is adhere to
- Ensure timekeeping is correct.
- Database:
- Ensure correct processing orders on WMS.
- Ensure correct product information is loaded into WMS.
- Container Management System:
- Liaise with Manager/Supervisor to ensure that container numbers / seals is correct and photos taken of seals and container on offloading.
- Ensure safe loading and off-loading of containers.
- Inventory Control for all Warehouse Function:
- Ensure all stock received and dispatch into warehouse is scanned in and out no manual receiving or dispatch.
- Report issues and inaccuracies.
- Ensure Inward and Outward on the WMS system within 24 hours.
- Ensure and maintain accurate capturing and control on the system.
- Ensure correct processing orders on WMS.
- Ensure correct product information is loaded into WMS.
- Container Management System:
- Liaise with Manager to ensure that container numbers / seals is correct and photos taken of seals and container on offloading.
- Ensure safe loading and off-loading of containers.
Your qualifications
- Minimum 4 years working experience in a similar position & industry
- Must have experience working in a warehouse and the offloading of cargo from trucks and containers
- Must have good computer experience
- Must be a team player and have good communication skills
- Must be willing to multi task
