Your tasks
- Pro-actively communicating and resolving queries or delays for clients
- Daily updates to clients and Agents
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries
- Provide high levels of customer service with a sense of urgency
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines and clients
- Arrange for the movement of shipment from Pick up at customer to Delivery at airlines
- Update systems
- Complete export documents
- Arrange inspections and certificates
- Quality check documentation before lodging to airline
- Arrange labelling of cargo
- Invoicing to be done
- Costings to be done
- P/S to be done and arranged
- Follow Part 108 regulations – Training to be provided
- Lithium battery certificate – Training to be provided
- Frame of shipments on Othello - training will be provided
- Arrange for DGR packing
- Estimates
Your qualifications
- 5-7 years experience
- Solid knowledge of incoterms
- Solid knowledge and industry standard computer programs and be able to operate standard systems pertainenet to the job
- Solid understanding of all Customs clearance documentation
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be a team player and able to multitask
