Marketing Co-ordinator (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy
- Assist in all marketing activities
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
- Assist in planning meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Manage budget to ensure alignment thereof
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Assisting and managing stationary orders and stock control
- Assisting and managing promotional items stock control – and order online when required
- Managing National suppliers
- Suppliers: printing / stationery / Hygiene / Groceries / PR company
- Assist branches with regards to: Updates of presentations, marketing handouts etc
- Assisting and managing PPE clothing, ordering and distribution for all branches
Your qualifications
- First available to Internal candidates
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to succeed in a team as well as a self-starter
- Ambitious, outgoing, and professional
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
